Both projects started as competitions and both competitions were won. The first one has large villas and the second project was villas, townhouses and apartments.
The level of sustainability is very high for these projects. For both projects it was possible to co-operate with the Utility NUON to achieve large solar roofs. These roofs became a well known example for BIPV (Building Integration of Photo-Voltaics)
