Tangshan CaoFeiDian is a new area that is developed as an eco-city. A large area is reserved for schools and colleges.
The design process is somewhat different from the usual approach. The exact location of the site, as well as its shape, was not yet known. Using the set of our main design issues, designers adapted the schematic model to the site: optimized it for sustainability and livability and added landscape and functional elements. This resulted in this Concept Master Plan design. The plan was updated for a second site with a different surface.
