The site for the Kangqiao Green Business Park is very well located and good connected to highways and subway. The area is well connected to Pudong Airport and the Disney World will be close by. Because of the potential of the site we designed a central Core area then can be developped in different directions. As a start it will serve as a green area combined with all types of services. Beside the shops and restaurants and other services there will be service apartments and small offices. In the future the service area has the potential to expand to a Central Business District.
The character of the Kangqiao Green Business Park will be open and green. It will show how people can enjoy working and relax together. Underground parking makes it possible to have save pedestrian walkways everywhere. Green areas are not only to enjoy but are also functional as connections and for storm water management. The architecture of the buildings will be in modern European style. Open to the public and closed when needed. The main material will be bricks and glass with special chosen materials for special effects.
