Our client Yunnan Baiyao invited BEAR-iD to join a competition for a resort in Dali. Total site is around 42 ha and the built surface will be around 210,000 m2. The brief includes hotels, health centre, Spa, exhibition, retail and residential. The difficulty of the site is the slope of 100 m from east to west.
