Tjerk Reijenga was invited as expert in the Jury for the Solar Declathon 2012 in Madrid, Spain. For a week the members of the jury visited all houses, deliberated and announced the winners. Overall winner is the Team Rhone-Alpes (France) with Canopea and the second became Team Andalucia (Spain) with Patio 2.12.
