The new district office for China Mobil Yunnan, Baoshan branch, is presented to the client. The multifunctional buildings is 18,000 m2 and is located in the new city centre. The ground floor has all public functions and the building opens to the shopping mall behind it. The third floor has the canteen with access to the roof gardens. The main roof has a solar hot water system and a photo-voltiac solar system. The green design will be assessed as China 3-star system. A comparable level with LEED gold.
